has a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Colorado, is an IRS Enrolled Agent and a Ramsey Preferred Coach. She has been coaching clients through their financial challenges and opportunities since 2003. After many years of coaching, Cat realized that taxes were the largest expense most people have. She became an IRS Enrolled Agent in 2013 to ensure our clients weren’t just tax efficient but also had an expert to fight for their best interest before the IRS. Cat also recently became a National Tax Practitioner Institute Fellow after completing extensive training in the field of tax representation and resolution.
Outside of work she also volunteers with Dave Ramsey to coordinate his Financial Peace University and Legacy Journey classes. She serves on the advisory board for Alternativ, a locally based international non-profit
a Colorado native, recently returned to her hometown after working in the commercial banking industry in Seattle. In her time since playing lacrosse at Adams State University, MacKenzie discovered her passion for coaching and is now melding this with her love of finance. As Client Success Manager she ensures our processes are efficient and customer driven. She’s also our resident Non-Profit expert and lends her compliance skills to our 501c(3) clients. She is currently an IRS Annual Filing Season Program participant and is working towards her Enrolled Agency.
When she’s not working, MacKenzie enjoys hiking with her dog, reading a good novel and volunteering with Inside Out Youth Services.
